I plan to code a function (in a respective dialog) with preview of the modifidations made to an object's text. Therefore I included a richtext dialog box element, which should offer the preview. Right now I have everything ready: the richtext dialog box is shown in the dialog and I have a string, which I would like to put into it. |

Re: How to put text into richtext dialog box element? Lion29 - Thu Aug 27 13:18:39 EDT 2009 Perhaps: string Additional = "More stuff to append to the DBE" string Current = get(dbeMyText) if (null Current) //- then set(dbeMyText, Additional) else set(dbeMyText, Current "\n" Additional) 'set' and 'get' behave differently, sometimes drasically, depending on the type of DBE. When you find the set or get, look carefully in the table until you find the type of DBE you are working with.
